Individual Therapy
My Approach
I work in a way that’s warm, relational, and person-centred — meaning the relationship between us matters just as much as anything we talk about. Drawing on compassion-focused therapy, we’ll explore the patterns that keep showing up in your life, gently unpick the negative self-talk and inner narratives that can hold you back, and soften the self-judgement that so often comes with them — helping you feel more at ease, both in yourself and in your relationships with others.

I work with individuals from all backgrounds, and one of my specialisms is supporting LGBTQIA+ clients.

Whoever you are and whatever’s brought you here, you can expect an affirming, judgement-free space — somewhere you can be really honest, and really heard.

Things I can help withÂ
Anxiety & Stress
When worry or feeling overwhelmed starts crowding everything else out, therapy gives you somewhere to slow down, breathe, and get a bit of distance from it.
Personal Transitions
Change — a new job, a loss, a shift in who you are — can knock you off balance. We’ll take the time to work through it together, at whatever pace you need.
Self-Esteem
If self-doubt or a harsh inner voice has become familiar, therapy offers a chance to understand where that comes from and start relating to yourself a bit more kindly.
Building Resilience
This isn’t just about getting through the hard stuff — it’s about building something that stays with you: a steadier sense of who you are, long after our sessions end.
